With this in mind, we are delighted to announce that we now offer a work study training course to create work study analysts who are qualified in the main direct observation work measurement techniques.

The 10-day course is accredited by the UK MTM Association and is accessible online or it can be face-to-face for groups of three or more delegates.

Taking place in May, June, July and September this year, the course will cover:

• An overview of work study techniques, including why and when to deploy them
• Activity Study (DOTS Direct Observation), Efficiency study (RAS Rated Activity Sampling), and Role Study (DILO Day In a Life Of)
