Key Responsibilities
- Travel Far and Wide: Visit diverse client sites after completing our specialized training (provided) to collect vital work-study data
- Be a Change Agent: Analyze data to uncover actionable productivity opportunities that drive sustainable change
- Collaborate and Conquer: Work side-by-side with clients and ReThink associates to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Innovate Internally: Test and refine our proprietary software tools to enhance efficiency
- Grow Continuously: Participate in our annual pace rating qualification to sharpen your expertise
- Wear Multiple Hats: Engage in general activities that keep our agile consultancy thriving

Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence
- Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
- Ideally, fully work-study trained (IMS or MTM )
- 3 A levels with a minimum of 2 at Grade C or above
- A curious mindset and a desire to capture and interrogate data
- Understanding of what data is required to generate insights
- An aptitude to capture and interpret data to understand how it can be optimised
- Logical thinker with good attention to detail/data accuracy
- The ability to work autonomously for periods as well as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and capable of independent working, including time away from home at clients’ sites
- Experience working in retail or other customer-facing environments is preferred
Working conditions
- The role is home-based with significant time on-site with the client
- Own transport must be provided for UK travel and expenses will be covered
- Some projects may require flexible working to meet the needs of the project including some weekends and evenings; for example, if studying a retail manager working a late or weekend shift
- A laptop and tablet for data capture will be provided, along with any safety equipment requirements specific to client sites, such as high-vis jackets and safety shoes
