Ed’s Background
“I use my specialist data skills to turn study data into actionable insights that business teams can apply to drive improvements for customers and the bottom line. That includes a detailed analysis of tasks, diagnostics from Efficiency and Role studies and building workload models for clients.”
As Programme Manager, Ed looks after your data throughout a project lifecycle. He sets up studies to create the best opportunity to capture actionable insight and lead the data QC efforts for projects to ensure the data we capture and analyse is robust, consistent and accurate.
Ed is a graduate and fully qualified work-study engineer.
