Any time paper is used is an opportunity to digitise and become more efficient. Whether it is signing for deliveries, booking in stock, or completing compliance logs, digital solutions are usually a better option.

Review how many times your team is handling stock. Sorting deliveries and failing to make the best use of top stock shelves can result in handling items twice, adding up to unnecessary time for businesses with a high volume of stock.
3. Matt W
During role studies for field leaders, I carefully note what each meeting and call is about, and how effectively time was used. It brings our results to life for the client, helping them target the things that take unnecessary time from their leaders.

Have operatives got the right tools for the job? I recently watched a delivery driver build furniture with a disposable spanner that wasn’t up to the job, and I often see colleagues struggle to open boxes without a safety knife.
