Simon’s journey to becoming a leading authority on productivity is refreshingly unconventional. Choosing to bypass university to dive straight into the working world, he honed his skills on the frontline as a Retail Store Manager. This grassroots experience provided him with an unparalleled, empathetic understanding of operational bottlenecks, staff capacity, and the realities of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In 2011, he co-founded ReThink with Sue. Today, the company works with global leaders across retail, hospitality, warehousing, call centres, and the broader service sector.
